Chef Brian Smith of Maynards and guest chef John Martinez of Tito and Pepp, present a multi-course cocktail dinner featuring regional and heritage ingredients prepared with classic & contemporary techniques for the culinary experience of the year. The evening features paired cocktails and agave spirits by Nocheluna with presentations by Dr. Ivan Saldana and Ricardo Pico. Guests will commemorate the evening with an exclusive artisanal drinking vessel.
