The SAVOR Southern Arizona Food & Wine Festival is back and is once again presented by the Southern Arts & Cultural Alliance (SAACA), Local First Arizona, and the Tucson Botanical Gardens. Now in its eighth year, this can’t-miss culinary event has quickly become a highlight of Southern Arizona’s foodie scene, boasting 1,300 attendees on Saturday, January 20, 2024.

Over 60 of Southern Arizona’s finest chefs, wineries, breweries, and distilleries will be featured at the Tucson Botanical Gardens for SAVOR, furthering Tucson as a dining destination worthy of international culinary prestige, including with the city’s status as a UNESCO City of Gastronomy.

SAVOR Southern Arizona Food and Wine Festival was designed as a collaborative partnership between the Southern Arizona Arts and Cultural Alliance, Local First Arizona, and Tucson Botanical Gardens to promote local chefs and producers while sharing the message that supporting local business creates a significant economic impact.

“This spectacular community collaboration has truly grown to become the largest annual showcase of Southern Arizona’s rich and diverse culinary talent, and native foods,” said Kate Marquez, Executive Director of the Southern Arizona Arts & Cultural Alliance, “We look forward to highlighting our regional cuisine, and providing an opportunity for our community to come together to spend a day experiencing local foods and recipes in one of our region’s most serene settings, at the Tucson Botanical Gardens.”

The festival will bring together stars of Tucson’s culinary scene with acclaimed regional chefs, wine and spirits experts while placing the spotlight on local foods and exceptional menu tastings. Festival programming will include a unique opportunity to engage with local chefs, live music, arts experiences, a signature event raffle and more! Attendees will stroll the gardens while visiting over 60 local restaurants and exhibitors offering their signature dishes and premier wine and cocktail samples, experiencing a true intersection of place and palate.

Limited tickets remain for the 8th Annual SAVOR Southern Arizona Food & Wine Festival. Tickets are available for purchase at www.saaca.org. General Admission tickets are still available for $115 per person, while VIP tickets have already sold out. General Admission includes libation and menu samplings from over 60 local wineries, breweries, distilleries, restaurant chefs, and food purveyors in Southern Arizona, immersive arts experiences.SAVOR is proud to partner with Southwest Gas, the University of Arizona Office of Sustainability’s Compost Cats, KXCI 91.3 Community Radio, Tucson Foodie, and others who support the community generously.
