Spirit of Sonora Agave Heritage Dinner on Sunday, April 30, 2023 ~ 5pm at The Carriage House, 125 South Arizona Avenue. Ticket price – $201.88. Sí Charro Chefs and Guest Chef Jose Lino of Quiriego, present the Spirit of Sonora Agave Heritage Dinner. This five-course dinner with Bacanora and Sotol tastings, features regional and heritage ingredients prepared with classic & contemporary techniques for the culinary experience of the year! The evening showcases paired cocktails and agave spirits by Los Cantilles 1905 Bacanora, Mazot Palmilla, and Batuq Bacanora Blanco.
