COVID 19 UPDATE
The health and safety of our attendees, vendors, guests and staff is our top priority. Through public health organizations like the Center for Disease Control, Pima County Health Department and City of Tucson, we are staying updated on the latest updates as they occur.
Per the Tucson Convention Center COVID-19 Update there are no restrictions on attendees, nor required proof of vaccination status, in order to attend an event at the Tucson Convention Center.
Attending large scale events is a matter of personal choice to be determined by the individual.
Tucson Comic Con will continue to monitor the situation and make policies adjustments as we feel are necessary. We will follow any updated mandates from the Tucson Convention Center, City of Tucson, or State of Arizona in regards to mask wearing, vaccination status, or physical distancing,
CDC Interim Public Health Recommendations for Fully Vaccinated People
Recommendation for fully vaccinated people to wear a mask in public indoor settings in areas of substantial or high transmission.
Fully vaccinated people might choose to wear a mask regardless of the level of transmission, particularly if they are immunocompromised or at increased risk for severe disease from COVID-19, or if they have someone in their household who is immunocompromised, at increased risk of severe disease or not fully vaccinated.
Fully vaccinated people who have a known exposure to someone with suspected or confirmed COVID-19 to be tested 3-5 days after exposure, and to wear a mask in public indoor settings for 14 days or until they receive a negative test result.
