Even with the continuing corona virus pandemic, many 4th of July fireworks events throughout Tucson and the valley will still be held this July 4, 2023.
While certain fireworks are not permitted to be set off in the city limits, there will be several, unannounced, private shows popping up throughout the night. Personal fireworks restrictions. Tucson and Pima County has new restrictions and uses of fireworks and laws in the city and county. With the extreme fire danger, and Big Horn fire, personal fireworks danger is high.
Free Downtown Tucson “A” Mountain Fireworks at the Tucson Convention Center. The 21st annual “A”Mountain Fireworks Celebration sponsored by Desert Diamond Casinos and Entertainment starts at about 9:15pm. View the Tucson fireworks show from the Tucson Convention Center. Free parking at TCC Lot B (off Cushing Street between Granada and Church Avenues) or Parking Lot C (off Granada between Broadway Blvd and Cushing St.). Parking opens at 7:00pm and fireworks show begins at 9:15pm.
Marana’s Free Star Spangled Spectacular Car Show held on July 4th from 5-9pm at Crossroads at Silverbell District Park, 7448 N. Silverbell Rd. Food vendors, playground, splash pad. Fireworks start at 9:00pm. Dogs welcome if leashed. No glass container. CDC recommendations followed.
Freedom Fest at Davis-Monthan Air Force Base from 5 – 9 p.m. Kids zone and food trucks open throughout entire event. Sophia Rankin & The Sound performing from 5 – 7 p.m. Chad Freeman & Redline performing from 7 – 9 p.m.
Casino Del Sol free fireworks display and 28th anniversary party at AVA Amphitheater at 8:30pm.
