Zeds Dead Announce “Journey of a Lifetime” Tour With Two-Night Stop in Mesa, Arizona

Electronic music fans across North America have a major reason to celebrate as Zeds Dead unveil the most ambitious tour of their career. The Canadian duo, in partnership with Relentless Beats and Deadbeats, have officially announced the Journey of a Lifetime tour, a massive amphitheater run celebrating 15 years of music, culture, and community. The tour will include a highly anticipated two-night stop at Mesa Amphitheatre in Arizona on September 18 and September 19, 2026.
The announcement follows a week of speculation among fans after a cryptic teaser appeared online showing a yellow brick road and the words “Summer 2026.” That teaser quickly sparked widespread discussion across social media before the full reveal confirmed that Zeds Dead would be embarking on the largest headlining tour of their career.
The Journey of a Lifetime tour is designed as a comprehensive live experience that spans the entire catalog of Zeds Dead. The performance will feature music from the earliest days of the duo’s career—including their MySpace-era uploads and Bassmentality edits—alongside platinum-certified releases, festival anthems, and more recent cinematic productions. The show will also introduce the most expansive stage production the group has ever taken on the road, building on the visual storytelling themes fans experienced during the Return to the Spectrum of Intergalactic Happiness era.
Zeds Dead, consisting of Dylan Mamid (DC) and Zachary Rapp-Rovan (Hooks), first emerged from Toronto’s underground music scene in 2009. What began as grassroots weekly parties under the Bassmentality banner quickly evolved into an international career that helped define modern bass music culture.

Over the years, the duo has built one of the most loyal fan communities in electronic music while continuously expanding their sound beyond traditional genre boundaries.
Reflecting on the tour, the artists shared that the title itself holds deep personal significance. “Journey of a Lifetime is one of the first tracks we uploaded to the World Wide Web as Zeds Dead way back in 2009. Seventeen years later, it feels like it was a prophecy. We might not have realized it at the time, but we were in fact blasting off into space and leaving behind life as we knew it. This journey is your journey with us as well. We’ve grown up together and celebrated life. We’ve created a world together, and the Journey of a Lifetime tour aims to be our most thorough exploration of it.”
They added that the production scale will reflect the magnitude of the milestone. “This will be our biggest tour yet, as it’s taking place in large outdoor venues, and we’re going to make it the best show we can make. It will be the grand finale of everything we’ve been working on. It’s not the end, though. To quote something we sampled in a beat once, ‘Now this is not the end. It is not even the beginning of the end. But it is, perhaps, the end of the beginning.’ We’ll be taking some time off in 2027, so we’re going all out on production, new music, and stage design to bring you a new show that will take you on a magical journey. A journey of a lifetime. See you there.”
Over the past decade and a half, Zeds Dead have built an extensive catalog that blends dubstep, house, hip-hop, drum and bass, and cinematic electronic music. Their independent label Deadbeats, which celebrates its 10-year anniversary this year, has become a key platform for emerging artists in bass and electronic music.
The duo is also known for curating some of the most anticipated live events in the electronic scene. Their annual Deadrocks residency at Red Rocks Amphitheatre has sold out every year since 2014 and has become a destination event for fans traveling from across the country. In recent years, the artists have shifted toward fewer but more immersive performances, focusing on multi-night events that emphasize production, storytelling, and community.
The Journey of a Lifetime tour will visit 15 cities across the United States and Canada, including major markets such as New York, Los Angeles, and Toronto. The run will also include two nights at Red Rocks Amphitheatre, continuing their celebrated residency at one of the most iconic venues in the world.
Each stop on the tour will feature a rotating lineup of innovative electronic artists reflecting the diverse musical ecosystem surrounding Zeds Dead and their Deadbeats label. Supporting performers scheduled to appear across the tour include ALLEYCVT, Daily Bread, Deathpact, Dr. Fresch, IMANU, Ivy Lab, Mary Droppinz, Moody Good, and Whethan. The support lineup will vary depending on the city.

Arizona fans will experience the tour at Mesa Amphitheatre, where Relentless Beats and Low End Lab will host the two-night event on September 18 and 19. The Mesa performances will feature IMANU and Ivy Lab as supporting artists, bringing additional international bass music talent to the desert stage.
Tickets for the Journey of a Lifetime tour went on sale on March 11 at 10 a.m. Mountain Time. The tour also includes a philanthropic component through a partnership with the nonprofit organization PLUS1. One dollar from every ticket sold will support programs that expand access to music education and creative opportunities, including providing instruments, software, and learning resources to aspiring musicians.
As Zeds Dead reach the 15-year milestone of their career, the Journey of a Lifetime tour represents both a retrospective celebration and a forward-looking statement. For longtime fans and new listeners alike, the tour promises to deliver a powerful reminder of how the duo helped shape the global bass music movement—and why their influence continues to grow.
